Summary:

 

  • The Sales & Marketing VP reports to the EMEA Energy Services CEO (with solid communication with Head of CEO Office), and is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the Sales & Marketing function for Energy Service  Business in EMEA region, consisting of the following department: LTSA Sales and Marketing
  • Other equipment LTSA and LTPM sales including but not limited to Tomoni, H2, Energy Storage, New Business Services).
  • Non-rotating service scope to include Utility, industrial and WtE Boilers; Rotary Kiln; Heat Pumps
  • Transactional Sales
  • Planning & Strategy *

The main duties and responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing VP is to ensure the above-mentioned functions and together with front offices, and with other back office departments, to meet the following objectives:

  • Establish an EMEA Energy Service growth Sales and Marketing strategy which contribute to improve Order Bookings, Sales and Profit of the Organization.
  • Increase New GTCC shares in EMEA by developing more competitive and Customer centric LTSAs.
  • Increase OEM penetration level (number of existing OEM equipment under LTSA and LTPM)
  • improve customer satisfaction with existing customers (internal and external)
  • fulfil and exceed the company business plan order intake, sales and profit
  • fulfil key KPI in strategic action plan
  • Support Functional Directors in establishing and achieving key strategic QMS objectives
  • increase profit margins by maximising efficiency and expanding the service capacity and capability and/or product portfolio
  • Standardisation of Sales and Marketing practices, and cascade down to sales force in each Front Offices.
  • Preparation and keep update the sales and marketing content book with all the EMEA group Companies products and services menus.
  • To develop and apply state of the art Marketing Strategies and reinforce Company presence in EMEA including but not limited to Thought Leadership.
